She has completed B.Com, ACA(Chartered Accountant)and PhD.(Management Studies).She has an experience of more than 10 Years and has taken part in many national and international seminars.She has guided many PhD pursuing students.She has done numerous projects related to management studies.

Marketing, Human Resource, Finance and organizational behavior with the main topics of research being complaining behavior, customer satisfaction and loyalty
