Biography
Praful started out as a Management Trainee at the erstwhile Godrej Soaps in 1993. He has been an integral part of the Godrej Group and is known for his expertise in recruitment, employee relations and supply chain. In a career spanning over two decades, he has worked in diverse verticals with stints in GCPL, GIL and Godrej Tea in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply chain and HR. He has helped set up key projects like the implementation of 'Manufacturing Pro' and projects on productivity improvement.
