Biography
Mr Gupta is the President and Chief Operating Officer, Greka Drilling India in 2017. Mr. Gupta joined Greka Drilling India as Executive VP & CFO on 1st October 2014. Prior to joining Greka, Pradeep worked at General Electric for 18 years and held various positions including CFO, GE Oil and Gas India (2009-14), CFO at GE Energy, India (2006-08), Regional CFO at GE Optimization Controls, Africa, India & Middle East (2003-05), CFO of GE Bently Nevada, Delhi (1997- 2002). He was also on the board of directors of GE India. Mr Gupta has over 21 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Finance in multiple business segments including stints in the Energy, Textile and Oil & Gas sectors. Prior to GE, Pradeep served as Finance Manager at Birla VXL Ltd (1995-96) and Alstom India (1993-94). Mr Gupta holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Delhi, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA). He is Green Belt certified in Six Sigma.
