Biography
Mr. Hasit Ashwin Dani served as the Managing Director of Gujarat Organics Limited until July 27, 2012. Mr. Dani associated with Asian Paints Ltd., as a Management Trainee for approximately 3 years during, where the general management training with special focus on materials management. He has been a Director of Gujarat Organics Ltd., since May 27, 2013 and previously served as its Director from October 20, 2006 to July 27, 2012. Mr. Dani served as a Non Executive Director of Hitech Plast Ltd., from May 27, 2000 to April 2012. Mr. Dani served as a Non Executive Director of Asian Paints Ltd. from July 23, 2001 to June 3, 2010. Mr. Dani holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Massachussetts and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburg.
