Biography
Hobe Stephan is an Honorary Professor at Gujarat National Law University. he has more than 200 publications in the field of Public International Law, European Law, German Public Law, Air and Space Law and Investment Law. he has published 9th edition 2008 and "Europarecht" (European Law), 5th edition 2010, An English version entitled "Cologne Compendium on European Air Law" is foreseen for publication in 2012. In preparation is a commentary on the existing international space legislation (outer space treaties and UN General Assembly resolutions) in 3 volumes
