Erasmus Mundus-Svaagata.EU Fellowship Visited Department of Biotechnology, Universitat Polytecnica De Valencia, Sapin to work on plant molecular biology-cloning of GCN2 gene in Arabidopsis thaliana from Ist April to 3rd Aug, 2015 in collaboration with Prof. Jose Gadea Vacas. ii) VGST Award for research Publication Vison group of Science ad Technology (VGST), Dept of Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science and technology, Govt of Karnataka has given award for publishing best paper during 2010-11 under the Chairmanship of Bharat Ratna Prof. CNR. Rao. iii) DAAD Fellowship: Worked as a DAAD fellow in the Institute of Biochemie, Medizinische Universitate zu Lubeck, Germany on “Isolation and characterization of respiratory chain complex III and its genes of extreme halophilic bacteria, Halobacterium salinarium” from        Oct, 1994 to Feb, 1996, under the guidance of Prof. Gunter Schafer. vi) DBT Overseas Associateship Programme:Visited Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology, University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada-N1G 2W1 to work on “Interaction of insecticides with the mammalian P-glycoprotein” from 1st April to 8th, Sept, 2006 under the guidance of Prof. Frances J. Sharom. v).
