Dr. Simrat Sagar Singh is a Professor at Department of Surgery and Radiology College of Veterinary Sciences, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Ludhiana, India.
Research Interest
Developed and introduced an indigenously designed internal fracture fixation technique for the treatment long bones fracture called Intramedullary Interlocking Nailing. The technique is standardized and is being successfully used routinely in clinical practice. Presently working and guiding PG students on development and standardization of interlocking nailing technique for large animal long bone fracture repair. Also working on abdominal and perineal region surgery in horses bovine general anesthesia, ultrasound guided biopsy in small animals, Diaphragmatic hernia in bovine.
