Biography
Dr. Anubha Kaushik obtained her Masters and Ph.D. degree in Botany from K.U. Kurukshetra. She did pioneering work on phytosociology, biomass , nutrient dynamics and carbon allocation patterns in grassland ecosystems of sodic soils, in collaboration with Central Soil Salinity Research Institute, Karnal, Haryana for her doctoral thesis. She has 08 Gold Medals to her credit in Academics and was awarded Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Fellowship Award and Gold Medal, Nehru Memorial Foundation Prize.. She has more than 29 years of P.G.teaching experience at different universities ( G.J. Univ. of Science & Technology, Hisar, K.U. Kurukshetra, M.D.University, Rohtak) since 1984, and is Professor for the last 11 years. She has been Dean and founder Chairperson of Env. Sc. & Engg. Deptt. at GJUS&T and KUK.
