Biography
Dr Deeksha Katyal is an Erasmus Mundus Academic fellow with expertise in Environmental Statistics , Environmental modeling and Analytical Instrumentation . She holds a Masters degree in Analytical Instrumentation and Doctoral in Environmental engineering and Applied Chemistry from Delhi College of Engineering. She has a teaching experience of more than 10 years and research experience of 2 years as a Scientist at Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology (I.H.B.T) , CSIR and FICCI . She has numerous publications and 5 books to her credit. Currently, she is guiding 4 doctoral students. Her core research areas are Water quality analysis and monitoring, Quality interpretation and prediction using statistics and modelling , Water quality index mapping , Nanoparticles fate and sorption studies and Synthesis of green materials (including membranes )
