Biography
Total more than 14 years teaching and research experience. Five years research experience as research fellow in Solid State Physics Laboratory(SSPL), DRDO, Delhi from 1999-2004. Research experience includes modelling, fabrication and characterization of MESFET and HEMT devices for high frequency application in MMIC. More than 9 years of teaching experience as lecture in IGIT, Presently IGDTUW from Jan 2006-July 2008 and as Assistant Professor in USIT, GGSIPU from July 2008 to till date.
