Biography
Paresh is GVK BIO’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining us, Paresh served as the CFO for Jubilant DraxImage Inc, Canada. At GVK BIO, he is responsible for corporate finance, business finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, treasury, taxation, legal and statutory compliances. Paresh has previously held key positions at Thermo Fisher, Lufthansa Technik and Kraft foods. He has worked in business systems and process improvement areas and has strong general management skills, business acumen and flair towards crafting and improving best practices. Paresh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Calcutta University and is CA certified from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a certified Company Secretary.
