Biography

 Apparao is Corporate Vice President - Financial Services Delivery. He has in-depth experience in handling Integrated Service delivery (Applications + Infrastructure + BPO) and managing Large Offshore Turnkey Projects and Teams. His expertise also lies in Product Development and Application Support, Maintenance & Development methodologies. He has deep domain experience in BFSI, Government and Education sectors. Apparao has contributed to many large deals wins over the years and has been instrumental in building scale to existing relationships. Apparao is a lead innovator of the patented and highly successful Alt Application Support and Maintenance (Alt ASM) framework at HCL. He was instrumental in seeding the idea for ASSeT™, an integrated, end-to-end transition methodology framework that covers the entire transition lifecycle. He is also the lead innovator for Development Automation Framework (DAF) across HCL. Apparao has been with HCL for more than 15 years in various capacities. He has handled some of the largest BFSI accounts for HCL Technologies, and have delivered very large complex SI projects with third party products coupled with multiple technologies and rollouts. Apparao holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng) degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
