Biography
Jonathan is Corporate Vice President - Enterprise SI Delivery function across all applications technologies globally. He serves as the EAS representative to HCL Technologies’ Executive Committee. Since the AXON acquisition, Jonathan has been responsible for increasing the Global Delivery Center mix in the overall revenue portfolio to increase the margin profile of the business and remain competitive. He also runs a series of initiatives to evolve and improve the delivery model on large transformation projects – including sponsoring the creation of a set of GDC led factory service propositions and sponsoring HCL's SI COE. Prior to this assignment, Jonathan headed AXON’s delivery operations globally as COO and has personally led some of our major profitable engagements before taking up business leadership positions. Prior to joining HCL Technologies, he was a Manager at Accenture and spent 7 years working in the retail banking industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from one of Europe’s highly rated institutions.
