Biography
Lynette Thomas has over 30 years of work experience. Her career began with FMCG at Lakme Ltd that forayed into Franchisee salons and led the Fashion business in India. She then moved to Lakme Lever during the Hindustan Lever Ltd. joint venture formation, where her key role was setting up retail outlets, training and managing the consumer in-store experience. Lynette later moved to telecom and joined Airtel, followed by Reliance Communication to initiate a unique women oriented Sales channel. It was founded to create Brand Ambassadors promoting cellular usage. This comprised of women in a work from home model, its primary purpose being to educate, elevate and empower women. In her most recent role in Logistics with PN Writer, Lynette headed Service Delivery for India and Middle East for their Relocation group business. Her assignment entailed Customer Care, Quality and Project management focussing on Standardisation of Operating processes and Service Excellence. Her strength lies in understanding the needs of her clients and offering Customer Centric solutions.
