Sandeep has over 24 years of experience both in the consumer and related B2B sector in India, across traditional FMCG/F&B players and the rapidly growing health care services space.At Healthspring, Sandeep heads the overall Retail Business including Marketing, Sales, Service Delivery & Customer Life Cycle Management. Before joining Healthspring, Sandeep was the Chief Executive Officer at Maxivision Super Specialty Eye Hospitals. Sandeep is passionate about the Health Care space in India, having been a core member of the team that led the evolution of Dr. Lal’s pan-India growth story. He has an in-depth understanding of consumer behavior and comes with tremendous patients insights. Sandeep holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Managerial Economics and an MBA from IIM also have done Advance Business management from Haas School Berkley’s University California.
