Biography
Mr. Jorapur is responsible for the Human Resource function in the company. Before joining Hero MotoCorp, Mr. Jorapur was associated with Crompton Greaves (CG) as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources and CSR. Prior to this assignment, he was the Country HR Director at Honeywell and member of its India Executive Council. He has held global leadership roles within Honeywell in India and the US. Mr. Jorapur is a Computer Science Engineer and holds a Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
