Dr. Baksi is currently working as a Quality Control and Technical Services head in Hester Biosciences Ltd and before that he is working as head QC for Shalimar Hatcheries Group, Kolkata and Hester Biosciences Ltd and leading a team of 13 executives who are deployed in managing the animal house and quality control lab. Dr. Baksi has subject expertise in standard vaccine manufacturing and testing, auto vaccine manufacturing and testing and Tissue culture.
