Biography
Arun Ramchandran heads the Professional Services business unit of Hexaware. In this role, he is responsible for working directly with Hexaware’s Professional Services clients globally, expanding on existing relationships and nurturing new ones, delivering digital transformation services to enable innovation and agility, while continuing to provide efficiencies and savings. Arun joins Hexaware from Capgemini, where he spent close to six years,initially as a member of their Applications Services’ Executive Board,where he was instrumental in creating and leading their Strategic Large Deals team globally and closely involved in several of their large, marquee Managed Services wins,and then as Head of Sales and Client Relations in North America for their Technology & Engineering Services Unit. During his stint, Capgemini became a leader in Applications Outsourcing and repositioned as a Transformational Technology Services Provider in NA.
