Biography
Milan Bhatt heads the healthcare and insurance vertical at Hexaware. In this role, he is responsible for strategy, sales, solutions, and service delivery for this vertical. In his career, he has focused on working with IT and Business leaders to envision and execute transformation agendas and help successfully transition from traditional outsourcing engagements to flexible and transparent co-sourcing partnerships. Milan joined Hexaware in 2015 from Symphony Teleca, where he led the healthcare vertical and the go to market strategy for digital businesses. Before Symphony, Milan spent over a decade in roles of increasing responsibility at HCL Technologies. In his last role at HCL, Milan was responsible for managing business development for the life sciences sector in North America. Prior to that, he established and grew HCL's presence in Canada with a focus on banking, insurance, and healthcare. Milan is an electronics engineering graduate and holds an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad, India. He is currently based out of our office in New Jersey, USA.
