Biography

 Senthil is responsible for Global Operations of Experis Technology Solutions, a newly formed business unit. In this role, he is responsible for managing the growth strategy of this business and driving sales, solutions, service delivery and operations. He has been with Hexaware for thirteen years, handling many key leadership roles, his most recent role as the Global Head of Manufacturing & Consumer vertical. Prior to this, he managed several Key accounts delivery for North America, and managed our largest account, while leading our ERP practice. In his corporate role, he headed our corporate university and Sales Excellence and currently leads the Sales Enablement for Hexaware. He has over 25 years of experience in software services, with earlier stints in GE and Sierra Atlantic, where he founded the Oracle practice.
