Srinivasan Panchapakesan

Biography

 Srinivasan has over 25 years of rich and varied experience in providing solutions using emerging technologies and across industry segments such as BFS, Capital Market, Healthcare, Insurance & Life Science, Higher Education and Retail. He has deep knowledge and exceptional skills in strategic planning, risk management, complex integrated solutions architecture, large program management and end-to-end delivery using global delivery models. Srinivasan has been instrumental in delivering many large-scale transformations and turnkey IT projects, that are global and worth millions of dollars. Srinivasan comes with a remarkable acumen of technical, operational and business management skills. In his current role, he is entrusted with delivering all complex, fixed price, high risk and strategic engagements across verticals. He has been with Hexaware for over 16 years. Prior to joining Hexaware, Srinivasan has held key positions in iSoft PLC and Ramco Systems. He holds a postgraduate diploma in operations research and a bachelor's degree in Physics from Bharathidasan University. He manages Hexaware's strategic delivery functions from Hexaware's Chennai development center.
