Biography
A Post-Graduate and Ph. D. in Political Science, Dr. Anita Samal has about 5 years of experience in teaching and research. Specialized in Gender Issues in Governance and Development, Dr. Anita pursued her doctoral research on “Women in Development Bureaucracy: A Study in Karnataka State” at the Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC), Bangalore.
Research Interest
Dr. Anita has worked with multi-disciplinary research institutions and universities, and has presented papers in national and international seminars and conferences. Prior to joining HNLU, she had worked with the Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC), Bangalore. At HNLU, she teaches Political Theory, Political Thought, Indian Political System and Major Political Systems.
