Biography

LL.B. (Lucknow University, 2010), LL.M. (HNLURaipur, 2012), presently pursuing Ph.D. at Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. Soon after completing his LL.M., he joined Amity Law School, Amity University, Uttar Pradesh as Lecturer (Law) during 2012-2014. He also cleared UGC-NET examination in June, 2013. He Joined HNLU as Asst. Lecturer (Law) in July, 2014.

Research Interest

His area of interest includesCorporate Laws,Corporate Governance, Legal Method, Administrative Law and International Trade Law. He was Law InternunderHon’ble Mr. Justice J. M. PanchalJudge, Supreme Court of India,in 2011. He also interned in Indian Oil Corporation Limited, U.P.S.O-1, Lucknow, from 21st November, 2010 to 31 December, 2010 and submitted aResearch Project on “Nature and scope of Public Corporations and control over it’s powers.” He has some publications in leading law journals and also contributed chapters for some books to his credit specifically in Corporate Laws,Constitutional Laws and Environmental Laws.He has also presented papers and participated in several International and National Conferences/Seminars. He was a member, in number of committees during his LL.M. at HNLU, Raipur and as a faculty member at Amity Law School. At HNLU, he has been teaching Legal Method andInternational Trade Law.
