Biography
She did her Ph.D from Sambalpur University. She did her B.A. LL. B. from Department of Laws Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar,and LL. M. from Department of Laws Kurukshetra University, Haryana. She qualified SET (Chhattisgarh) in 2014. She has been teaching for the last 7 years.
Research Interest
Her area of interest includes Labour Laws, Law of Contract, Transfer of Property Act. She has participated and presented papers in national and international seminars. Dr.Balwinder has to her credit articles published in reputed journals. Before joining Hidyatullah National Law University, she had rendered her services to "Law Department" of M/s Tata Steel at Jamshedpur.
