Dipak Das

Biography

r. Dipak Das passed LL.B. and LL.M. from the University of Burdwan, West Bengal. He completed his Ph.D. in Law from same University. Dr. Das also has to his credit the post graduate diploma in Perronnel Management (PGDPM) from the Management studies Promotion Institute, New Delhi. As a member of good number of legal forums, Dr. Das has undertaken many Ph.D. projects for supervision in the field of Woman Protection, Cyberlaw, Business Law, Constitutional Law etc at Burdwan University. Out of four scholars who have submitted Ph.D. thesis, two have already been awarded degree. He served there as a Lecturer and Reader in Law since 2000, and now he is serving as an Associate Professor at HNLU, Raipur since July 2010. He has attended many National and International Seminars, Conference, Workshops etc. as participant and resource person and got many articles and papers published in Journals of repute. He has been nominated as expert in selection committees of Law teachers in Colleges and Universities. He also has to his credit two books on Child Labour and Corporate Social Responsibility published by Deep & Deep Publications and SBS Publishers and Distributors Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi respectively.

Research Interest
