Biography
LL.B. (Lucknow University, 2009), LL.M. in Business Laws (NLSIU Bangalore, 2012), presently pursuing Ph.D. at Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. He practiced during 2009-10. Soon after completing his LL.M., he joined Amity Law School, Amity University, Uttar Pradesh as Lecturer (Law) during 2012-2014. He also cleared UGC-NET examination in December, 2012. He Joined HNLU as Asst. Lecturer (Law) in July, 2014. His area of specialization includes Business Laws having the special interest in Competition Policy & Law and International Trade Law.At NLSIU, Bangalore, he had been associated with renowned academicians of India including Prof. (Dr.) N.L. Mitra, Prof. G.V. Ajjappa, Prof. (Dr.) A. Jayagovind, etc., who motivated him to be in the field of academics. He was Law Intern under Hon’bleMr. Justice H.L. Dattu, Judge, Supreme Court of India, in 2011. He also interned in Dua Associates, New Delhi during June-July, 2011. He has several publications in leading law journals to his credit specifically in Competition Law and International Trade Law. His paper entitled “Fair Competition: Engine of Economic Development” has been awarded by Competition Commission of India in 2011. His Short Articles on national and international issues have been published in leading newspapers of India like Hindustan Times, Jansatta Express, Dainik Jagran, Hindustan, Rashtriya Sahara etc. He has also presented papers and participated in several International and National Conferences/Seminars.
Research Interest
He was a member, in the number of committees during his LL.M. at NLSIU and as a faculty member at Amity Law School. He had been associated with few organizations which are serving for orphans and needy persons since his graduation. At HNLU, he has been teaching competition law, trade law, and investment law.
