Biography

Mr. Kanti Mohan Rustagi is Executive Vice President - Legal of Hinduja Global Solutions Limited. Kanti Mohan Rustagi leads the legal function at HGS. Kanti is responsible for all legal matters pertaining to contracts, statutory compliances on commercial, property, labour, intellectual property rights, patents & government matters. Kanti has over 25 years of professional experience in the corporate sector as well as in his professional practice. Kanti has worked with Steel Tubes of India, Pro-Agro Seeds Company Limited and Coca-Cola India in both the legal functions as well as performing the statutory role of a company secretary. Kanti has a Bachelor's Degree in Law, is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India as well as a Cost and Management Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He is a member of the International Bar Association, London and the Bar Council of India. He resigned from the position of Compliance Officer, Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 31 May 2014.
