Biography
Mahavir Singh Sangwan has over 50 years of in depth experience (15 years in technical branch in Indian Air Force and 35 years in industries at Senior Management Level) where he is working with HMD Group of companies for 32 years. He has expertise in maintaining a dispute free and family like atmosphere in HMD Group by building trust and taking appropriate steps for preventive maintenance of human relations. He holds a degrees in MA (English), LLB from Delhi University, Specialization & Post Graduate in Industrial Relation from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. He promotes and carries out the entire gamut of human resource strategies in line with company’s business plan by establishing department accountability that include talent acquisition, staffing, employee process, performance management system, compensation, health, safety & welfare benefits, training & development, record management, succession planning, industrial and employee relations and legal compliance & social requirements.
