Biography
Mr. Hirachand Bafna is a Practising Chartered Accountant and he has experience of 28 years in the field of Chartered Accountancy. He is also qualified Company Secretary and have a degree of Bachelor of Law. He joined the Board of Directors of the Company on June 1, 1992. Mr. Hirachand Bafna is the Chairman of Audit Committee, Investors’/Shareholders’ Grievances Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company. He also holds directorship in Water World Fun Resorts Ltd.
