Biography
Celin Acharya has done her Ph.D from Mumbai University and working as Assistant professor in Homi Bhabha National Institute. She Has won many awards and recognition during her period. She won Post Doctoral DBT-CREST award for 2013, Post doctoral KS Krishnan Award from DAE in 2005, Best Oral presentation in Indo -US workshop during 16-20 dec.2013 at Lonavala India, Travel grant from DST in 2007 to Seville, Spain for attending and presenting paper in Bio Microworld, First in State level scientific seminar competetion held by DBT in 2004 at ILS, Bhubaneswar

Uranium and heavy metal bioremediation, Metal microbe interactions, Microbial responses to heavy metal toxicity, Metalloproteomics, Microbial leaching of metals from low grade ores
