Biography
Jyotirmayee Mohanty has done her Ph.D from Mumbai University and currently working as professor in Homi Bhabha National Institute. she has won many awards annd recognitions during her period. Humboldt Fellowship for Experienced Researchers, Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, 2013, Scientific & Technical Excellence Award-2011, Department of Atomic Energy Samanta Chandra Sekhar Award-2011, Odisha Bigyan Academy, APA-prize for Young Scientist-2010, Asian and Oceanian Photochemistry Association, Distinguished Lectureship Award-2009, The Chemical Society of Japan.
Research Interest
Supramolecular Assemblies using Synthetic Macrocycles, Rotaxanes and Dendrimers as Hosts, Biomolecular Assemblies such as G-quadruplex and Protein Fibrils, Fast Photophysical and Photochemical Processes in Organic Dyes and Drugs in Solutions and in Polymer Matrixes, Synthesis and Characterization of Surface-Functionalized Metal Nanoparticles, Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy
