K. R. S. Chandrakumarhas done his Ph.D from Mumbai University and currently working as professor in Homi Bhabha National Institute. He has won many awards and recognitions during his period. DAE - Young Scientist Award (2008), Young Scientist Medal - Indian National Science Academy (INSA) (2005), Young Scientist Award from Indian Science Congress Association (2002), Keerthi Sangoram Memorial Endowment Award from NCL, Pune (2002)
