Mr. Gautam Seth, aged 43 years, is the Joint Managing Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, Vidyagiri, Prasnathilayam, Puttaparthi and he is a qualified chartered accountant. He has over 15 years of experience in the electric equipment manufacturing industry. Prior to joining our Board on February 15, 2008, he was on the board of directors of Socomec-HPL Private Limited (now Socomec India Private Limited)
