Dr. Laura Challman Anderson is currently working as a Research Staff Member in the Department of Accelerated Discovery Lab, IBM Research ,  India. His research interests includes Analytics, Collaboration, and Information Behavior, particularly Information Sharing. Also Distributed Teams; Project Management; Software Engineering; Knowledge Management; and Service Systems.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Laura Challman Anderson is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Analytics, Collaboration, and Information Behavior, particularly Information Sharing.
