Biography
Srikanta Bedathur is a researcher in the Information Management group at IBM Research, India. Before joining IBM, he was a faculty member at IIIT-Delhi and head of Max-Planck Partner group on Large-scale Graphs. Between 2005-2011, he was a researcher and senior researcher at Max-Planck Institute of Informatics, Saarbruecken, Germany leading a research group on Web and Text mining. His PhD (2006) is from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore for his work on database system design for bioinformatics applications.
