Research Interest
In our laboratory, we try to use the knowledge of various techniques such as molecular biology, structural biology (X-ray Crystallography) and biophysical and biochemical studies to understand the mechanism of different biological functions. In addition, we apply molecular dynamics simulations to further corroborate our results obtained from various experiments. Currently, we are focusing on investigating into the mechanisms involved in protein translation initiation, ABC transporters and their role in multidrug resistance.
