V B Virulkar has completed his PhD from Vishveshwarayya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur (India). He is the Associate Professor in Department of Electrical Engineering of Govt. College of Engineering, Amaravati, India. He has published more than 40 papers in reputed journals and conferences.
