Biography
Dr. Minisha Gupta holds her Ph.D. in HR from IIT Roorkee. She was awarded MHRD Scholarship during Ph.D. She did her BCA from MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, UP and MBA in HR, Finance from UP Technical University. Her areas of research are HR/OB, Organisational Change, Creativity and Innovation, Talent Management. She has eight research publications in journals of repute.
