Dr. Rakesh Kumar Dhar Dubey

Biography

Dr. Rakesh K.Dhar Dubey is an academician and a researcher with over 17 years of experience in academics and research including 6 years in industry. He is an avid researcher and has earned his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Ranchi University. He has done his MBA, LLB and Journalism and Mass Communication from R.U. Ranchi, He is a creative Scholastic contributor. He is a member of Jharkhand Bar and other Academic Associations. Dr. Dubey’s research interest includes areas of HR, OB and General Management. He has 8 research publications in his credit of national and international journals of repute. He has presented papers in 10 National and International conferences and Seminars and participated in 8 FDPs and Workshops. He has been invited as a resource person in a Global Submits. Earlier to IMS Unison University Dr. Dubey was associated with IILM Greater Noida as an HOD and has also served some other esteemed institutions like ICFAI Business School and, UMA Ranchi. He has organized several Conferences and Seminars in his previous associations. In addition Dr. Dubey has held various positions like COO, Controller of Examination, Member of Doctoral Research Committee, Academic Councils, Member of Selection Committee, Member – Coordinator of University formation and Set up Committee in previous institutions.
