Biography
Dr. Shikha Rana is a Doctorate from Gurukul Kangri Univesity. Her area of interest includes Labor Laws, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior & General Management. She has also qualified NET/JRF in HRM/Labor Laws in 2010. She has been a topper in MBA. Prior to IMS Unison University she has been associated as a faculty with SGRR-ITS, Doon University and UPES, Dehradun. Her area of research includes Human Resource Management. She has 5 National and International publications to her credit in journals of repute. She has actively participated in 8 workshops comprises of Research Methodology, SPSS, IPR& R Studio.
