Biography

Ms. Richa Das has done her M.B.A, in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. She is Economics graduate from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. She also holds a two year Diploma in Russian from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. Her research interests include Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Manpower Planning and System Dynamics. She has five papers to her credit in journals indexed in SCOPUS, SCI, Web of Science and Thomson Reuters. She has presented papers in one national and six international conferences. She has one National conference publication to her credit. She has reviewed papers in reputed journals like Kybernetes.
