Nishtha Madaan

Biography

I work in Cognitive Finance Team at IBM Research, New Delhi which is a part of Knowledge Engineering Department. My core research interests include Natural Language Processing, Graph Mining and Machine Learning. I primarily work in Text Processing and Question Answering. At IBM, I am working on Contracts SLA Health Prediction project. This project is in collaboration with Chief Data Office Team at IBM US office. The project involves expertise in text mining. Parallely, I am working on projects related to bias (gender bias and persuasive bias) in text. Also, I am working on a couple of research problems around knowledge representation around an entity from regulatory documents.
