Biography
Ashutosh Srivastava received his Ph.D. Botany (Specialization Plant Physiology) from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, India. He is presently working as a Senior Research Fellow at ICAR-National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources (NBPGR), New Delhi, India. He has many awards and distinctions in his career. Ashutosh Srivastava has participated in many training programmes conducted by ICAR-Indian Institute of Wheat and Barley Research, Karnal, India. Ashutosh Srivastava has writted and published more than 25 research papers.
Research Interest
Environmental stress physiology, Climate change scenario, Several abiotic stresses affect the plant physiology and its behaviour result in heavy crop yield losses in the worldwide, Physiological and morphological characterization of crop response to environmental stresses viz., drought, high temperature stress, salinity and flooding stress.
