Biography
He is working as assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Indian Institute of Information Technology Guwahati (IIIT G). He had joined IIIT G in July 2014. He had completed my Phd from Indian Institute of Technology Patna in March 2014. Previously, He was associated with Jaypee University and Syntel Inc.
Research Interest
His research interests are in the area of wireless networks, network security and distributed computing. Specifically, He works in the protocol stack of wireless networks with focus on medium access control and network layers. Currently, he along with my reserach students are working on different MAC layer issues in IEEE 802.15.4 networks. Also, they are working on MAC and network layer design for Internet of vehicles (IoV). He is a part of the Design and Innovation centre (DIC) in IIITG, whose focus is on Internet of Things (IoT).
