Research Interest
Pearl Malhotra’s research examines the nuances of manager-subordinate relationships and the impact of managers on their subordinates. Her research interests also include diversity in organizations and procrastination at the workplace. She has formerly worked as Lead - Employee Relations with Infosys BPO and as an independent HR consultant across industries.
