Biography
With a Masters in Psychology from BHU, Varanasi and Fellow (PhD) of IIM Indore, I am with IIM Trichy since 2013.
Research Interest
With a Masters in Psychology from BHU, Varanasi and Fellow (PhD) of IIM Indore, I am with IIM Trichy since 2013. My research interest pertains to areas of individual behavior like organizational justice, quality of work life, psychological capital, motivation, and mood/emotions. Working in these areas I’ve had opportunity to present my work at avenues like Academy of Management (AOM), European Group of Organization Studies (EGOS), International Congress of Psychology (ICP); and publications in international peer-reviewed journals like Human Resource Development Review, South Asian Journal of Management, etc. I teach courses like Managing People & Performance in Organizations, and Organizational Change & Development.
