Biography
Hari holds a finance PhD (FPM) from IIM,Bangalore. His research and teaching interests are in the areas of corporate finance, corporate governance and financial accounting. He would like to build his research agenda around less understood issues in emerging markets. A Chartered Accountant (2003) and an MBA (PGDM) from IIM,Ahmedabad (2006), he was an auditor (with Price Waterhouse) and an investment banker (with Merrill Lynch) in his previous lives.His detailed CV is here.
