Biography
Yamini is a Ph.D. scholar at the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM). She holds a M.S. (by research) degree from IITM and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University, Chennai. She worked for Cognizant Technology Solutions - Chennai for about a year before joining IIT Madras. She has presented her research work in various leading International conferences of repute and has received several awards. Her research interests are in the areas of Behavioural Operations Management, Game theory and Supply Chain Contracts. She is a member of the Production and Operations Management Society and the EURO Working Group on Ethics and OR.

Operations Research. Supply Chain Contracts. Research Interests: Procrastination and planning fallacy related problems. Behavioural issues in supply chain and project management. Experimental designs in inter-temporal choices. Contracts and Mechanism Design.
