Biography
Mr. Pankaj K Arya is a Junior Scientist in Industrial and Domestic Combustion Division in CSIR - Indian Institute of Petroleum, Dehradun. His acheivements are • Development of fuel efficient LAP (low air pressure) burner for the ceramic and pottery industry of Khurja (PCRA, New Delhi) • Development of process for the preparation of emulsions of fast Pyrolysis oil with diesel (CSIR- IIP and UOP India Pvt. Ltd.) • Design and development of system for the combustion of fast Pyrolysis oil in boiler and furnace (CSIR-IIP and UOP India Pvt. Ltd.) • Development, popularization and wide implementation of improved jaggery making plant, among the farmers of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh • Studies and design of bench scale unit for the gasification of Lignin based byproduct from the paper industry
