Dr.E Jayashree is a Principal Scientist in Division of Agril. Engineering at ICAR-Indian Institute of Spices Research. Her qualification is M.E (Ag), Ph.D amd specialisationin Agricultural Structures & Process Engineering
Research Interest
Spices processing & Post Harvest Technology of major spices including primary and secondary processing, value addition and product development in spices. Entrepreneur Development in Spice Processing including establishment of spice processing plant for cleaning and grading, spice powder, curry powder, white pepper etc. and the regulatory requirement for establishment of these units.
